By downloading, installing, or using DocSendToPDF, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use or install the Software.
2. License Grant
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software solely for your own use and in accordance with these Terms. You may not sell, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer the Software without the author’s written consent.
3. “Lifetime” Access Definition
“Lifetime” refers solely to the lifetime of the current version of the Software as it exists at the time of your purchase or download. It means that once you download the Software, you may keep and use it indefinitely in its existing form.
“Lifetime” does not guarantee that the Software will remain functional or compatible with future versions of DocSend, web browsers, operating systems, or other third-party services. If any of these external services change, update, restrict, or discontinue their functionality, the Software may cease to operate correctly, and updates or replacements are not guaranteed.
“Lifetime” also does not include lifetime updates, feature additions, or ongoing maintenance. Updates may be provided at the sole discretion of the developer but are not promised or implied. Future releases or major revisions may be offered as separate products or purchases.
If the Software becomes partially or fully nonfunctional due to changes outside the developer’s control, such as modifications made by DocSend or other third parties, you may request a refund at any time. Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of the developer and will be honored in good faith.
4. Purchase, Subscription, and Updates
All payments—one-time or subscription—apply to the Software as it currently functions at the time of purchase. Updates are not guaranteed but may happen at the developer’s discretion. Future enhancements or features may require a new purchase or subscription.

6. Software Performance and Limitations
The Software performs conversions locally on your device. While tested for reliability, the developer makes no guarantees that conversions will always succeed, that OCR or rendering will be perfect, or that compatibility will continue indefinitely.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You assume all responsibility for use of the Software and any resulting output.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to data loss, corruption, or business interruption.

10. Termination
The developer may revoke licenses, terminate access, or discontinue the Software at any time for any reason without liability, including but not limited to misuse or abuse.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Software shall be the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
